Hush Hush Series completed

hushhush Series

I’ve finally completed the hush hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick – that is four books in a week. Whew! Once I flip the book,  I couldn’t keep my eyes off of it. It is a compelling, exciting, addicting and a consuming book. I was transported to a different world – world of fallen angels, nephilims, and humans. I didn’t want the story to end but I was happy that  Nora and Patch are back together. Have you imagine meeting a fallen and/or human hottie as patch? – that would be awesome! I wonder if there other worlds out there, well aside from animal world, maybe other creatures close to humans but are just more capable. Could it be? I imagine…

He was the worst kind of wrong. He was so wrong it felt right, and that made me feel completely out of control

I am living in a different reality while reading this book, I remember when I was a kid, I used to watch Inuyasha — it’s a Feudal Fairy Tale Japanese manga series and was given life through animation. Any book or movie that is about powers always struck me. I also like movies with castles, king and queens and kingdoms war. I would always lay down to sleep and start dreaming that I’m in a total different world and I have this enchanting powers to save the world. The characters I usually portray in my dreams are not the damsel in distress rather a brave woman who will lead an army or a kingdom to victory. I always thought, I might have been a soldier or witch in my previous life. Char!

The sad part after reading a fiction book with great story is that I’m back to reality and have to face the traffic, work, unending bills, etc. – I’m back to my world. I’m no savior but another individual living in my planet, trying to get by, working hard to achieve my dream and I’m not playing a hero role just like in the book or movies. I don’t want my life to be ordinary and I want to be extraordinary, I guess this explain my likeness in powerful characters.
